1. Qualification & Initial Consultation:

  • Find your dream house through my Newsletter.
  • Through a form, tell me about yourself. I'll use this information to connect you with the right partner.
  • We will contact you for a Zoom meeting to discuss your goals and the buying process.

2. Property Discovery & Viewing:

  • They will assist you with the desired property you want to buy.
  • And/or will share exclusive property listings not available to the public from their database.
  • Online or in-person property viewings can be arranged.

3. Offer, Contract, and Payment:

  • We submit an offer to the seller and draft a detailed contract (in Japanese, with explanations in English).
  • A 5% down payment is required at contract signing, handled through their escrow account for safety.

4. Legal and Closing:

  • My partner manages the legal process for title transfer and all paperwork, making the process easier for foreign buyers.
  • The remaining balance, including commission, legal fees, and taxes, is due on the final settlement.
